Shelly will pay close attention to the type of property you are seeking, will note your likes and dislikes as you view properties, then will filter out and not show you properties that do not fit your requirements. Shelly helped us find our dream property for a 1031 exchange. We were very pleased with her knowledge of the area and her professionalism. We were also greatfull, being out of state buyers with a deadline to meet, at how much she looked out for our best interests. Even though our buy wasn’t a multi million deal, she gave us the same attention, courtesy and exemplary professionalism as if it was.

We had an excellent buying experience with Shelly. She arranged a nice selection of homes to view that fit what we described to her as what we were looking for and arranged the showings in a very nice sequence. After we made an offer on the home she made the buying process very smooth as she arranged the inspection and necessary contractors that were needed to close the home sale. She worked hard for us and was an excellent advocate for the buyer. Fantastic realtor!

Shelley was extremely helpful and researched property information. She obtained building requirements, by laws, HOA information etc as I searched for a lot. She responded very quickly and submitted offers quickly in order to purchase a lot.
